New Mexico Pageant of Bands
The New Mexico Pageant of Bands is an annual competition offering an opportunity for all New Mexico High School marching bands to be evaluated by professionals. New Mexico Pageant of Bands, Inc. is an independent, non-profit organization completely run by volunteers.
New Mexico Symphonic Chorus
The New Mexico Symphonic Chorus is a highly select, all-volunteer chorus under Roger Melone's direction since 1983. The chorus, formerly known as the New Mexico Symphony Orchestra Chorus, has gained a national reputation.
Pimentel Music
Building custom guitars since 1951: Classical, Flamenco, Acoustic, Bass, jazz and or any other style of custom guitars. They also teach guitar playing, and are available for entertainment. Tours are available to see custom guitars being built by the Pimentel family.
Rio Grande Jazz Society
The Rio Grande Jazz Society is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization devoted to the preservation and promulgation of traditional jazz, Dixieland, and swing since the late 1980s. It currently meets at the Edelweiss German-American Club, the third Sunday of most months.
Route 66 Revelers New Orleans Jazz
The Route 66 Revelers are a group of seasoned musicians of the
New Orleans Style -- traditional dixieland jazz. They present this
exciting, hot, jazzy music at its very finest. A front line of trumpet,
clarinet and trombone is supported by the traditional banjo, piano, tuba, and
drums.
