We are experiencing an outage for several of our customers attached to our wireless POP located at the Bank of the West. The building where our equipment is located was vandalized by homeless individual who started a fire. The fire suppression system did its job and stopped the fire but there is damage to the electrical system and to the backup generator.
The building owner is dispatching someone to deal with the issues, but we don’t currently have an ETA for power restoration. We’ll keep you apprised of the situation as it develops. Our apologies to our customers that are being inconvenienced by this outage.
